The Role

• Help lead our team of Guest Service Agents
• Work with the team to coordinate all guest services throughout their stay
• Create and curate ultimate guest experiences

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
• Focus on growing and developing a passionate team
• Full Drivers Licence is required
• Must have (or the ability to get) – RSA, H-Endorsed, First Aid, CPR
