Dining at Silky Oaks Lodge celebrates the bounty of local ingredients combined with local native ingredients to offer guests an innovative, contemporary Australian menu.

The newly renovated Treehouse Restaurant overlooks Mossman River and serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily to our in-house guests and welcome external lunch bookings. 

The Role

  • Run the front of house operations during busy service periods
  • Work alongside the team to motivate them to deliver amazing service
  • Assist with rostering, team development, training and coordination of department

What we’re looking for

  • A passion for delivering an amazing guest experience
  • Experience in a similar role advantageous
  • QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • A knowledge and passion for food 
  • Strong Wine and Beverage background
