Appellation celebrates the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from South Australia’s food and wine region.  The dining experience is guided by the seasonal sways of fruits and vegetables from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden.  Locally sourced, seasonally picked and responsibly prepared, The Louise delivers an inspired match of food and wine in the most naturally elegant of settings.

The Role

  • You have a passion for local produce and flair for extraordinary dishes
  • Manage your section ensuring a smooth service delivery as well as assisting with other sections 
  • You will control the pass when required 
  • Ensure high quality and presentation of food provided to guests
  • Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel advantageous
  • Appropriate trade qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for food trends and best practices
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
