Weather and Climate

The Kimberley region of Western Australia has a tropical climate that see two distinct seasons. From May to September, the Dry season sees very little rain and long, sunny, cloudless days.  Temperatures in the dry season are cooler than the very hot Wet season, ranging between 31 and 37 degrees.

The Wet season spans from October to April, a time of increased humidity and increased rainfall (32-40 degrees).  The rivers become full and masses of wildlife congregate on their shores.
