Autumn
The Daintree experiences a tropical climate with the weather transitioning from the wet season to the dry season during Autumn. Average daily temperatures of 30°C with overnight temperatures of 23°C . There are extensive hiking trails leading from the Silky Oaks Lodge into the Daintree National Park offering both adventure and education as well as diverse and beautiful locations to photograph or picnic.
