Winter

The outback of Northern Queensland sure knows how to do winter. The days are warm and dry with low humidity, with day temperatures hovering between 22-30°C. The clear skies make for perfect picnic weather, so pack your chef-prepared gourmet hamper in the back of your all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and find an idyllic spot to soak up the views. As the sun sets, brilliant reds, purples and pinks flood the sky.
