Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley welcomes Chief Winemaker, Sarah Crowe, from one of the Yarra Valley’s most iconic vineyards, Yarra Yering winery. With over 15 years experience in winemaking, Sarah was named Australia’s Winemaker of the Year in the 2017 Halliday Wine Companion Awards and is at the helm of operations at the winery.
Sarah will share some award-winning vintages with guests during a bespoke wine tasting, paired with the finest local cheeses. In the evening, Sarah will work closely with the resort’s Executive Chef Nancy Kinchela to perfectly match Yarra varieties to a sumptuous degustation dinner for all to enjoy.
