As part of the annual Words in Winter Literary & Arts Festival, Lake House welcomes Rebecca Sullivan to Daylesford on 4 August.

Join Rebecca and learn all of those things granny would teach you in her own kitchen. Rebecca is a self-taught cook and has worked with some of the world’s best food producers, academics, activists, and chefs. She is also a food curator, sustainable living advocate and entrepreneur having recently founded Australian Native wellbeing brand Warndu with her partner Damien.

As an eco-agronomist, activist, food writer and urban farmer, Rebecca is passionate about heritage, preserving traditions, and passing on a wealth of “granny skills” to future generations.

Masterclass is hosted by Rebecca in the state of the art demonstration kitchen, includes recipes, tastings and refreshments.
