Winter Cooking Classes at the Cooking School at Lake House with award winning chefs, great produce, truffles, kids in the kitchen & more.
Winter brings a great selection of events to the newly launched Cooking School at Lake House. First up in the acclaimed Pasi Patane who is well known for keeping the multi award winning Marque restaurant in Sydney firmly on the foodie radar before launching his own cult ‘pop up’ Paci in recent times. There’s also a great kids cooking class with Kitchen Whiz host Alice “In Frames” Zaslavsky, a Truffle Workshop, The Whole Pig Butchery Demonstration, hands on cooking with Lake House chefs and a full day with some of Australia’s best & brightest Colin Fassnidge (Four in Hand), Nicolas Poelaert (Brookes of Melbourne), Michael Ryan (The Provenance) and Luke Croston (Press Club).
