Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley welcomes celebrated winemaker, Gaia Gaja to the Greater Blue Mountains.
Established in 1859, the Gaja winery is recognised worldwide for its many award-winning vintages and we are delighted to offer guests this rare opportunity to gain a unique insight into the gentle art of winemaking directly from Gaia herself, whilst indulging in a unique truffle-inspired degustation dinner, prepared by the resort’s team of culinary experts.
Gaia is part of the fifth generation of the Barbaresco-based wine family that runs Gaja Winery (over 250 acres of vineyards), 33-year-old Gaia has recently taken over the international management of the winery.
