The Mt Mulligan Muster takes place a minimum three times a year on a sprawling 28,000-hectare property, home to over 2,500 Brahman cattle. This vast landscape, characterised by its stunning red earth and dramatic escarpments, provides the perfect setting for an authentic outback adventure. Located just a 30-minute helicopter transfer from Cairns, Mt Mulligan Lodge offers guests a seamless transition from the bustling city to the serene and untamed wilderness of the outback.

The Thrill of the Muster
At the heart of the Mt Mulligan is the exhilarating activity of cattle mustering. This essential pastoral practice involves rounding up cattle from all corners of the property using a combination of traditional and modern methods, including horseback riding, quad bikes, and helicopters.
