The Art Of Spice

Aug 16, 2019

This is a perfect cooking experience at Cape Lodge for anyone keen to develop their understanding of the delicious world of spices and how they can be best used in recipes.

Sarina Kamini is an accomplished Australian-Kashmiri author, food journalist, SBS columnist and ABC radio regular, who after 20 years of living and working in some of the world's great food capitals now calls Margaret River home. Spice runs in her veins, as does her passion for teaching curious foodies the secret language of aromatics.
