Lake House has created a 6-month calendar for 2024 of their bespoke Sourdough Baking Classes at Dairy Flat Farm, Daylesford.
Immerse yourself in the art of making and baking sourdough with this bespoke hands-on experience, where only small-scale millers and growers of non GMO grains are utilised and the incorporation of herbs, flowers and vegetables from the Diary Flat regenerative farm is common. The perfect gift for loved ones or indulge yourself and try an introduction into the art of sourdough baking. The workshops cost $295 per person and include~
- Hands on tuition into the art of sourdough baking.
- An introduction to slow fermentation.
- Shaping, moulding, and baking sourdough.
- A private tour of the Dairy Flat Farm vineyard, orchard, olive grove, productive herb and vegetable gardens that supply one of Australia’s most awarded restaurants at Lake House.
- Recipe cards, a sourdough starter, banneton basket, Dairy Flat apron, and tote bag to take home.
- Commences on Sunday 21 January, 18 February, 21 April, 26 May, and 23 June.
