The Louise in the Barossa Valley and Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island are coming together to present a one-off coast and country long Sunday lunch event this May. Bringing the best of their respective South Australian homes to the plate, Chefs Kyle Johns and Thomas Saliba will join forces to curate premium local ingredients and present a delicious moveable feast, highlighting some of the state’s finest food and wine producers.
May 1, 2022 will see a relaxed and stylish lunch roll-out in the grounds of The Louise, surrounded by the vineyard-studded hills of the Barossa Valley. Stroll through the thriving kitchen garden and enjoy market-style grazing, oyster shucking, honey and wine tastings before settling in to enjoy a 6-course degustation menu matched with local wines.
