A new complimentary experience has made its debut at Saffire Freycinet, providing guests with an intimate look at the award winning cool climate wines Tasmania is renown for. The guided winery tour, ‘Perfectly Paired at Craigie Knowe Vineyard’, encourages exploration and is home to the oldest vineyard on Tasmania’s East Coast.

Guests have the opportunity to experience the passion behind these quality handcrafted wines and take a personalised tour through the vineyard with winemaker and owner, Glenn. Discover how each wine is crafted and relax in the original homestead overlooking the vineyard whilst enjoying a well-deserved matched wine, cheese, and chocolate pairing. Saffire Freycinet provides transfers along the scenic drive to and from the vineyard included in the experience. 

This beautiful part of the world has of course been ever popular during these times of travel restrictions, so planning ahead to secure your preferred season and dates of stay is recommended. Saffire Freycinet have open availability up until the 30th September 2022.
