Make the most of outdoor dining and great summer seafood with this cooking demo by Chef Tony Howell. Pick up his tricks of the trade that guarantee perfect seafood feasts, including the best products to use for your BBQ dishes and some simple, tasty marinades. Finish with a knock out lunch, and some Cape Lodge Estate wine.
