Sunday 18th Feb | 11am – 3:30pm | $265pp

A rare opportunity to learn from two of Australia’s hottest chefs.

To begin, Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM will welcome two-time “Chef of the Year” Brent Savage of Sydney’s Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Cirrus Dining and Monopole. Since opening in March 2006 – Bentley has won too many awards to list here and still holds 2 Chefs Hats in the Good Food Guide. With three successful restaurants under his belt and a busy schedule cooking around the world – this is a very rare opportunity to learn from one of Australia’s most exciting and respected chefs.

Next up there is no denying the popularity of Benjamin Cooper – Executive Chef of the enormously successful Chin Chin Melbourne. Ben is responsible for redefining the language of Southeast Asian cuisine in Australia – and his restaurants are all the proof you need of the winning formulae – the newly opened Chin Chin Sydney is truly showing the harbour city how it’s done! With a solid background working for and alongside some of Australia’s luminaries including Neil Perry, Kylie Kwong and Teage Ezard – Ben Cooper is now truly one of Australia’s hottest chefs.

Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM in the state of the art demonstration kitchen at Lake House, the day includes demonstrations, recipes, tastings, baguette lunch, wine & refreshments. Seating is limited to 60 guests.
