Photography Weekend | 4 – 6 November 2022
Hone your skills across a 2 day intensive workshop where you will dive beyond settings and techniques and into the heart of image making. You’ll have the opportunity to photograph people, animals and landscapes in this naturally inspired wilderness region just 2 hours from Brisbane. Over the weekend you can head out to the perfect vantage point overlooking the mountains to the west, capturing the evening’s golden hour and sunset before enjoying a relaxing dinner from The Peak Restaurant team. During the evening learn a little about lowlight and night photography. Come away with a deeper understanding of light, composition, and how to turn your images into art, creating your very own art piece to hang on your wall.
Marcus Bell is a multi-award winning and highly acclaimed photographer with a passion for grand landscapes and storytelling through photography. Pushing the boundaries of landscape, documentary and wedding photography with fearless originality, his creative and distinctive images propelled this Brisbane-based photographer into the international space.
Well-known in the global photography community, Marcus is a sought-after portrait and wedding photographer invited to photograph Queensland Governors, sporting legends and International Artists. His landscape photography has featured in several exhibitions. American Photo Magazine listed Marcus as one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world. Marcus has been photographing the landscapes, people and weddings at Spicers Peak Lodge for over 12 years.
