A Southern Safari on the mighty TRUE NORTH is the perfect way to start the New Year in style!

The 8 night Southern Safari features wining and dining in the revered Barossa Valley, must-see Kangaroo Island, oysters and champagne in Coffin Bay and reliable fishing for delectable species such as King George whiting and blue swimmer crabs!

The South Australian coast from Kangaroo Island to Ceduna boasts an endless horizon of white sandy beaches, uninhabited islands and sheltered bays – truly one of Australia’s undiscovered gems and the Southern Safari is a stylish journey of discovery with a unique mix of adventure and relaxation. It is also a gourmet delight featuring the Barossa’s finest wines and a sumptuous luncheon at historic Seppeltsfield, sashimi bluefin from Port Lincoln – the tuna fishing capital of Australia, Coffin Bay oysters and, delectable King George whiting and blue swimmer crab from beautiful Streaky Bay. There’s plenty of excitement too when we cage dive with great white sharks at the Neptune Islands or for something a bit less racy, picnic on the beach with only penguins for company, hike to the top of Pearson Island or just experience the beauty of isolated coastal towns such as Smoky Bay. The Southern Safari departs Adelaide on January 16 – only one sailing per year – don’t miss out!
