Silky Oaks Lodge, the Daintree Rainforest‘s renowned luxury hideaway, has shared more plans for its significant refurbishment in 2020. The changes are set to launch a new era of rainforest accommodation and revised closure dates now span 22 April – 11 October 2020 inclusive. The lodge will reopen to welcome first guests on 12 October 2020. Enhancements include an expansive lounge in the main lodge, reimagined riverbank area and a new ultra-premium suite category the Daintree Pavilion.

Taking effect from reopening in October 2020, tariffs will include tropical breakfast, signature evening drinks and canapés, dinner with inspired daily menu matched with selected premium wines, selected in-suite bar, guided rainforest walk, morning yoga class and one return scheduled shuttle to Port Douglas per day.
