The Louise, situated in the stunningly beautiful Barossa Valley, has partnered with one of the most famous wine producers in Australia, Seppeltsfield Estate. Together they have curated an exclusive weekend that includes unique wine tastings, exquisite local cuisine and a special behind the scenes winery experience during grape harvest at Seppeltsfield Estate.

The Seppeltsfield Wine Weekend will be held from the 16th to 18th February 2024 and all-inclusive rates start at $3,900 per suite for two guests and include ~

  • Accommodation in a luxury suite, daily breakfast and sunset drinks and canapes.
  • Five-course degustation dinner at the award-winning Appellation restaurant at The Louise hosted by Seppeltsfield Chief Winemaker Fiona Donald with matched Seppeltsfield wines.
  • Behind the scenes tour of The Estate and grape harvest at Seppeltsfield.
  • Four-course lunch at destination restaurant Fino.
  • Private tour of the Centennial Cellar and tasting of 1924 100-Year-Old Para Vintage from the barrel.
  • Family-style, hosted dinner under the stars at The Louise.
