The Louise has used its annual July closure to begin significant renovations to award winning restaurant, Appellation. 

Under the guidance of Owner and Managing Director, Jim Carreker, the entirely new restaurant space will be positioned to take in breathtaking views of the surrounding Barossa vineyards. The brand new Appellation dining room will be revealed at the end of August 2019.

In the meantime, Executive Chef Daniel Murphy, continues to wow with his regionally inspired menu and has recently been named as one of the finalists for Best New Talent in the Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards. Watch this space for exciting new developments in the coming months.
