Luxurious, Extraordinary and Quintessentially Australian, Pretty Beach House is now officially open and ready to welcome you with open arms.   After a two year closure,  a refurbishment and rebuild of the main house at Pretty Beach House, the property is set to reopen its doors.                                           

This exclusive guesthouse with butler service, is just 90 mins drive north of Sydney or a 20 minute Seaplane flight.

Following extensive damage from an electrical fire, the main house has been completely re-birthed. New additions also have been made to the main house, including an intimate yet interactive kitchen and bar area, a new luxury day spa, guest lounge area and private dining space.  Recycled timber pylons, hand-made mud bricks, artisan cut sandstone, brass and copper feature throughout, creating an extraordinary and eco-inspired guesthouse nestled into the Australian bush.  

A fourth guest pavilion has also been added to Pretty Beach House, on the penthouse level of the newly crafted main house, with the property now able to sleep up to 8 adults at one time.
 
An aboriginal smoking ceremony will welcome every new guest, with exciting bespoke experiences on offer such as guided cultural bush walks in the Bouddi National Park, helicopter day trip into wine country and discovering local hidden gems in the glorious waterways of Broken Bay and Pittwater, onboard the properties luxury sports cruiser. All of this complimenting Stefano Manfredi’s gastronomic food & wine offering.
