Dine at Pretty Beach House and let your senses be inspired by the elegant setting, superb food and wine and iconic Australian artwork. Indulge in spectacular views, with fresh breakfasts, al fresco lunches, degustation dinners and hand-picked beverages. You’ll be welcomed as if you’re a visitor to a private home, with all dining, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, a considered selection of fine wines, cocktails and beers included as part of the hospitality. The Main house is designed for relaxation and conviviality, where you’re invited to help yourself to the fully stocked bar and unwind before dinner while taking in the stunning surrounds. For an additional charge, you can enjoy a wine tasting experience with the House Sommelier, Michaela Clayton. Michaela will tailor and handpick a selection of exclusive wines from the cellar, paired with a cheese plate and tasting notes. Dining here is an experience in itself. Chef Dean Jones creates bespoke menus that change daily and are highly personalised to suit your needs and requirements. Expect to find locally sourced seafood, outstanding organic produce and native indigenous ingredients, unique to Sydney Surrounds. You’ll find a real connection to place is offered at every opportunity, with signature risotto served on the finest locally made ceramics, or authentic slow cooked beef cheeks served on rustic pottery from the wheel of master potter Leno Alvarez from the NSW Gold mining town of Hillend. Choose to dine in the spectacular dining room, casually at the bar or al fresco by the pool on a lovely day or evening. A much-loved treat at Pretty Beach House is Pizza al Fresco, as Chef stokes up the poolside wood fired pizza oven. A hand picked collection of perfectly curated wines and spirits are expertly chosen by proprietor Brian Barry the House Sommelier and are paired to suit. The communal space is fully stocked with selected spirits, fine wines and Champagnes, available throughout the day and night for you to enjoy. For an even more exclusive selection, a cellar list is available, featuring back vintages, and rare and old finds.
