The popular five-day South Australian food safari returns to Arkaba with one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, Christine Manfield returns this year, packed with purpose, bursting with culinary delights and brimming with outback adventure.
Guests will be staying at Wild Bush Luxury’s Arkaba, set on the 60,000 acre conservancy in the rugged and remarkable Ikara-Flinders Ranges. By joining this fully hosted all-inclusive experience, guests will experience local food with the generosity and country hospitality and not only witness an outback environment in recovery, but will also actively participating in its revival.
