Cruise and sip on a flight of three exceptional limited release vintages from Jansz Tasmania specially selected for guests onboard Saffire – the Pontos Hills Vintage Cuvée 2018, Late Disgorged Vintage Cuvée 2015 and the Single Vineyard Vintage Chardonnay 2018. The luxury sparkling wine house’s unique style perfectly embodies the essence of Tasmania and its respect for the natural wilderness, ancient soils and untamed oceans, known as Méthode Tasmanoise.
