New Head Chef Announced…
Cape Lodge extends a warm welcome and introduces new Head Chef, Adam Robson Chew. Working closely alongside the culinary team and Z1Z Executive Chef Tom Haynes, Adam will oversee an evolution of the lakeside restaurant to deliver the finest ingredient-driven experience for guests.
An acclaimed hospitality professional, Adam has extensive experience leading some of the most commended kitchens in Australia, including contemporary Sydney dining room, NOMAD and the prestigious Oscillate Wildly, as well as working for Barangaroo House and Bentley Restaurant Group. Growing up in the UK, Adam originally studied to become an architect before his true passion was discovered. “The camaraderie of a kitchen is something deeply special and being part of a passionate team that wears their heart on their sleeve is what inspired me to become a chef.” Adam honed his craft working at celebrated Michelin starred restaurants across the UK, before relocating to his now beloved home of Australia.
