For one immersive day, go behind the scenes at Dairy Flat Farm, witness the daily harvest, visit the olive grove, vineyard, and productive vegetable, herb and flower gardens. You’ll get up close and personal with the property’s beehives, as Dan the Bee Man explains just how critical these clever, hardworking, little pollinators are to our future. Chat with the Lake House bakers and taste their slow-fermented sourdoughs and Viennoiserie in the farm’s cellar bakehouse.
After a busy couple of hours, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at the iconic Lake House. Check-in to your studio or suite, with a little indulgence to follow – perhaps an afternoon swim in the infinity pool, maybe a light stroll around the beautiful lake.
Gather for apéritifs on the lake shore before dinner, as Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM talks local food and the evening’s spring farm-inspired menu – each course meeting its match in something special from the local cellar. Your dinner awaits.
Next morning, there’s breakfast and a leisurely check-out with a signed personal copy of Alla’s book, Three Decades On.
