Masterchef Australia  – one of the most widely viewed in the Masterchef franchise has had one of its strongest years so far.

The Australian reality TV show again welcomed Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM to challenge the contestants to a very special pressure test. Known for her unique modern Australian dishes emphasising the best of the region’s produce and perfectionist techniques; the signature Harvest dish presented to this season’s contestants caused a flurry of excitement and trepidation. Needless to say – it’s one of the most popular dishes on the Lake House menu.
