For mains, enjoy Chicken with Pepper Berry, Lyonnaise Onion & Croissant, paired with Max & Me 2024 Pinot Noir, followed by Lamb with Eggplant, Capers, Olives & Fresh Cheese, paired with Max & Me 2015 Estate Shiraz and Georgie’s Walk 2018 Cabernet – wines that showcase both the bold craftsmanship of David Franz and the approachable elegance of Max & Me. End the lunch on a sweet note with Lemon Thyme, Davidson Plum, Dulce De Leche & Rice, matched with David Franz Fortified Semillon, for a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
