The Louise and contemporary Australian regional restaurant Appellation announced Ms Kylie Mansfield has been appointed General Manager and will join the team in late October. 

Ms Mansfield comes to Appellation and The Louise after completing two years as general manager of Fino Seppeltsfield restaurant where she assisted in opening and running one of Australia’s most highly regarded popular regional restaurants. A South Australia native, Kylie has progressed her career in hospitality for more than twenty years spanning accommodation, catering, sales, marketing, events and general management. Returning to her roots in the Barossa Valley when she started with Fino, she has been a significant contributor to the expansion of the region as a culinary destination for interstate and international visitors.
