Out this month is a new book by Karen Gardiner, Desert Escapes that features a tantalising series of images from raw and beautiful locations that simply demand to be explored. The section on Australia is solely comprised of two Luxury Lodges of Australia – Longitude 131º and Mt Mulligan Lodge.
