Only a few spots remain for an exclusive four-day gourmet safari experience at Arkaba Conservancy in the Ikara-Flinders Ranges. The Outback Gourmet Safari, hosted by the renowned Christine Manfield from May 28 to June 1, is a unique opportunity for food and nature enthusiasts to explore the Australian Outback while indulging in exquisite cuisine.
The safari includes three nights at Arkaba Homestead, and guests will enjoy a cooking masterclass with Christine Manfield, where they’ll learn some of her signature techniques.
During the day, guests will embark on guided safari-style activities and enjoy a day trip to Brachina Gorge with a scenic flight over Wilpena Pound. The itinerary also includes an exclusive lunch at Mallee & Myrtle Farm by the Indigenous-owned Warndu and an outback pub lunch at the much-loved Prairie Hotel.
Christine teams up with Arkaba’s in-house executive chef, Calvin Von Niebel, who recently relocated to South Australia from London’s Ottolenghi. Together, they’ll create a unique culinary experience that combines local produce and international flair.
The special event is limited to just nine guests, so it’s an intimate and exclusive affair. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to experience the Australian Outback in luxury while indulging in gourmet cuisine.
