Dairy Flat Lodge, Daylesford

Usually reserved for exclusive use, every now and then an opportunity arises to stay at Dairy Flat Lodge in individual suites or wings. Here is that opportunity – but we encourage you to get in fast! Dairy Flat Lodge is heavily booked through to 2023.

Embrace the changing of the season with a front row seat to the regenerative farm, soak in the mineral water hot tub with a cocktail of your choice, take an electric bike to neighbouring producers and wineries or just relax by the fireplace with a good book. Your dedicated concierge will make sure you barely need to lift a finger.
