Lake House, Daylesford, Cooking School calendar begins in less than 2 weeks, kicking off with their Summer Cooking Class.  Classes run through out 2020, and include a hands-on cooking session with two chefs from the multi award-winning Kitchen Team in producing a three-course seasonal menu. Expand your culinary repertoire with an informative, intimate few hours working with the region’s best produce; learn new techniques, tips and ideas and prepare a delicious menu that is sure to impress.

All classes in The Cooking School include a three-hour cooking session with two senior Lake House chefs, recipes and notes, an apron to take home, a sit down three-course lunch of the dishes produced, local wine & refreshments.

Space is limited to 10 guests per class.

Class participants in January will be invited to attend a private tour of the new Dairy Flat, 38-acre regenerative farm, vineyard, bake house and Lodge after lunch.
