Chocolate Master Class

Join Deniz Karaca, the renowned pastry chef, Chocolatier and Founder of Cuvée Chocolate in a deliciously decadent Chocolate Master Class where guests will be treated to professionally crafted artisan chocolates accompanied by specially selected wines. There are three distinct stages which increase in richness and as you move through experience the gradual intensifying of flavour is paired perfectly with local wines. A chocolate dessert created by Deniz Karaca will be available on the menu in the Wolgan Dining Room on Friday and Saturday evenings for guest to enjoy. This extremely velvety and delectable dessert is called ‘Coeur de chocolate’ and is essentially a Peruvian dark chocolate mousse with a ginger scented berry coulis and tarragon cremeu.
