The Cooee x Cape Lodge dinner | May 31, 2023 | 6:30 pm
Join Cape Lodge for a unique culinary experience at Perth’s Cooee Restaurant, showcasing the flavours of the iconic Cape-to-Cape trail. Cape Lodge Head Chef, Adam Robson Chew, will take you on a journey through the region’s finest ingredients, crafting a six-course dinner that celebrates the diversity of the local produce. Collaborating with him will be Steve Finch, the master of the Cooee pass, who will bring his expertise to the table and add his own special touch to each dish.
To complement the food, carefully selected top winemakers from Margaret River will create a bespoke wine list for the evening. Sip on the finest drops from Domaine Naturaliste, McHenry Hohnen, Stella Bella, Trait Wines, and more, as you savour each course.
