The Australian reports luxury lodge, restaurant and culinary retreat Cape Lodge has been purchased from long standing owners Peter and Joelle Larsen and sold to Australian multi-billionaire miner Andrew Forrest. Twenty two rooms, award winning restaurant, swimming pool court all on forty acres of expansive lawns, gardens and vineyards will be further developed under the stewardship of Mr Forrest’s Tattarang Group with its lifestyle division ZIZ to manage the Margaret River property.
