| Cooking Demonstration With Chef Tony Howell Cooking Demo + 3 Course Lunch | $175 per person | 11.30am – 2.30pm Cape Lodge Cooking Class Calendar 2021 French Winter Cookery – August 14 Book Here Hands-On Private Cooking Class With Chef Tony Howell Due to popular demand, Cape Lodge is offering a private class option for 2021. Available for groups of 4 – 10 people, the private cooking classes are perfect for family, friends or corporate retreats. Unlike the Saturday Demo, private classes are hands-on, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves as Chef Tony provides step by step tuition for a superb seasonal meal, featuring entrée, main and dessert. All dishes will involve basic techniques that can be used in many other recipes so you can take your new found skills and deliver them to friends and family in new and exciting ways.
