Cooking Demonstration With Chef Tony Howell
Working with seasonal local produce from the Margaret River, discover some kitchen tips and recipes from Cape Lodge Chef, Tony Howell. Fantastically fun and informative, the Saturday cooking demos are wildly popular, so book early! One of the most highly revered dining rooms in Western Australia, Cape Lodge Lakeside Restaurant offers classically prepared country fare showcasing the best produce sourced from local farms, the kitchen garden and the freshest of seafood direct from local fisherman and the pristine waters of the Indian Ocean.

Hands-On Private Cooking Class With Chef Tony Howell

Due to popular demand, Cape Lodge is offering a private class option for 2021. Available for groups of 4 – 10 people, the private cooking classes are perfect for family, friends or corporate retreats. Unlike the Saturday Demo, private classes are hands-on, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves as Chef Tony provides step by step tuition for a superb seasonal meal, featuring entrée, main and dessert. All dishes will involve basic techniques that can be used in many other recipes so you can take your new found skills and deliver them to friends and family in new and exciting ways.
