Tropical North Queensland’s luxurious lodge, Lizard Island, Australia’s northern-most beach resort on the Great Barrier Reef, has unveiled its upcoming weekend extravaganza featuring Champagne and caviar, set to take place over the long weekend in June.

The renowned family-owned Champagne Lallier from France’s Aÿ region will join forces with Australia’s premier caviar producer, Yarra Valley Caviar, for an indulgent culinary affair at Lizard Island from June 28th to 30th this year. The event promises an array of masterclasses, tastings, and leisurely dining experiences at the resort.

Throughout this weekend of artisanal elegance, guests will savour some of the most exquisite vintages from Champagne Lallier, complemented by caviar sourced from a sustainable aquaculture farm in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Yarra Valley Caviar, renowned as Australia’s sole freshwater salmon farm, ensures a top-tier culinary journey. To add an extra layer of sophistication to the experience, a collaboration with the esteemed ceramicists, The McCorry Collection, offers guests the opportunity to create bespoke centrepieces, enhancing the ambiance of the dining encounters.
