Travel to the Land Down Under during the Northern Hemisphere’s winter, and you’ll visit during a time when a working A/C unit is far more important than a parka. Summer in the Southern Hemisphere occurs from December through February. It’s almost guaranteed you won’t be snowed in, which is welcome news considering there’s plenty to do in the country.
