Annual Regional Producers Day Sunday 9th February -10am til 4pm
A Celebration of Food & Wine… A market style celebration featuring the best farmers, producers, bakers, winemakers, brewers & more from the region. Enjoy lunch from the Wood Fired pizza oven or something from the gourmet BBQ, coffee, cake & drinks across the bar. Taste and sample delicious produce & wine, watch cooking demos, listen to popular foodie debates and enjoy some lunch in the shade of the orchard trees. Live Music, hosted wine tastings, bee-keeping demonstrations, announcement of the Hepburn Shire Sustainability Award and more… $5 Entry includes tastings, cooking demonstrations & entertainment
Autumn Masterclass Sunday 4th May – 9:30am til 4pm.
As a part of our regional Harvest Festival we are offering a full day of cooking demonstrations and foodie discussion with some of Australia’s top chefs and producers, including Phillipe Mouchell – PM24, Melbourne , Grant King – Gastro Park , Sydney , Sharon Flynn -The Fermentery, Woodend and Karl Firla – Oscillate Wildly, Sydney. Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker in the state-of-the- art demonstration kitchen at Lake House. The day includes all four demonstrations, recipes, tastings, tea, coffee, baguette lunch and wine. $195 per ticket
Winter Masterclass Sunday 13th July – 9:30am til 4pm.
A full day of demonstrations and foodie discussion with some of Australia’s top chefs and producers, including: Colin Fassnidge -Four in Hand, Sydney, Nicolas Poelaert – Brooks of Melbourne, Michael Ryan – The Provenance, Beechworth and Luke Croston – Press Club Group, Melbourne. Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker in the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen at Lake House. Day includes all four demonstrations, recipes, tastings, tea, coffee, baguette lunch and wine. $230 per ticket
Spring Masterclass Sunday 19th October – 9:30am til 4pm.
A full day of demonstrations and foodie discussion with some of Australia’s top chefs and producers, including: Nicky Reimer -Union Dining, Melbourne, Dan Puskas -Sixpenny , Sydney and Frank Camorra- Movida Melbourne & Sydney. Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker in the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen at Lake House. Day includes all demonstrations, recipes, tastings, tea, coffee, baguette lunch and wine. $195 per ticket
