The dining experience combines local ingredients with the nation’s finest premium produce in a refreshing and contemporary Australian menu. A thriving onsite kitchen garden provides both fresh ingredients for the table as well as a chance for guests to wander among its prolific greenery. A list of premium Australian wines complements a swagger of local beers, while gin and tonics take on a new twist with a menu of locally produced small-batch spirits.
Enjoy an evening drink in the cool open air of the cantilevered Jungle Perch – perhaps a lychee martini blended with Baillies 9 gin, or a ginger mojito made with local Mt Uncle Iridium rum.
