Getting There

Stretching for 280 kms along Australia’s west coast Ningaloo Reef is one of the world’s longest fringing coastal reefs. The camp is located in the Cape Range National Park in Western Australia’s North West Cape.

Please note, the camp is not sign posted and you will need directions, these will be sent when you make a booking. There is a 'no drive after dark' policy within the Cape Range National Park due to the high numbers of wildlife on the road during this time.

Land at the historical Yardie Creek Homestead Airstrip where you will be met and transferred to Sal Salis (approx 20 minutes). The scenic flight starts at $600 one way for up to 2 people with no more than 10kg luggage per person in soft sided bags. Nearest Airport: Exmouth Learmonth Airport. It has a large airstrip that will take large & heavy private jets from any point around Australia. It does not have customs or immigrations facilities.

There are no helicopters based in Exmouth. Required helicopters have to be charted from Perth and can land at Yardie Creek Homestead Airstrip, 20 minutes from camp and outside the National Park.
