Excursions at Pretty Beach House can be as simple as a guided bushwalk with many well-marked coastal walking trails in the surrounding natural wonder of the Bouddi National Park.

A leisurely stroll through untouched native flora to the tip of the Aboriginal Dreaming sacred site of Box Head is breathtaking, with stunning 180-degree views of the five surrounding waterways including Broken Bay to Palm Beach and the Barrenjoey Lighthouse.
Pretty Beach House also offers cultural tours on the property and through the Bouddi National Park, for guests to experience and discover the historical and cultural significance of the Darkinjung people’s kinship with the ocean and the land of the Bouddi National Park.
An /ndigenous welcome ceremony can be arranged for guests with dance and Dreamtime stories told by an Elder, making for a truly unforgettable experience. This ceremony is performed near Aboriginal rock art created by the local Darkinjung tribe dating back almost 2,000 years.
A tailored expedition cruising the local scenic bays and golden beaches can be arranged for those who love to get out on the water. The Pretty Beach House team will supply a picnic lunch along with wines and beverages to make a day of it.
Guests also have access to a hands-on journey of discovery about the rare, locally grown Australian Akoya Pearl from a highly experienced pearling team from the Broken Bay Pearl Farm. The private tour explores the incredible marine wilderness of the local bay and reveals interesting and intricate details of Australian pearl farming in a fascinating hands-on experience.
Private wine tastings with the Pretty Beach House sommelier are available onsite, as are day trips to the famous Hunter Valley wine region.
The lodge is a private haven to reconnect, rest and relax, or to use as a luxury base for adventure and exploration. The onsite Bouddi Spa is a retreat within a retreat for guests to de-stress with spa treatments that have been thoughtfully designed to rebalance the synergy between mind, body and soul.
After which you may enjoy champagne and oysters at the bar whilst absorbing the calming energy of the area, and taking in the captivating coastal views and that are quintessentially Australian.
