The Library Bar is a popular place to gather for a drink, with plenty of culinary and garden inspired books and games. It’s the prelude to a memorable meal in the Lake House Restaurant where beautiful seasonal produce shines in a multi course a la carte menu.

Dairy Flat providing the fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers for both Lake House and the Lodge, as well as honey, olive oil, olives, cider and wine; not to mention slow fermented sourdough baguettes, loaves and viennoiserie from the bake house. A tour of the farm, vineyard, olive grove and bake house is available for guests of both properties.
A stay at Dairy Flat Lodge may begin with a morning walk down country lanes, freshly baked croissant from the onsite bake house in hand. A hearty country style breakfast awaits you on your return.
Dairy Flat Lodge itself includes six individually keyed hotel style suites, designed and decorated utilising the region’s best artists and craftsman. For groups booking the entire Lodge (a popular choice), a private chef from the 2 Chef Hat Lake House Restaurant creates a special menu, or a beautiful Farmhouse style dinner can be prepared. Almost 40 acres of gardens and farmland are there for guests to explore; meet the alpacas, peacocks, geese, guinea fowl, cows and at twilight, resident kangaroos, wombats and more.
