Capella revels in its reputation for fine dining, Lord Howe-style. The lodge restaurant opens to spectacular views of the ocean, reef and mountains, providing a dramatic backdrop for savouring a bounty of seafood, fresh from the surrounding pristine waters.

Capella’s innovative daily-changing dinner menus showcase freshly-caught fish, house-made pasta, organic island greens, daily-baked breads and housemade ice creams.

Both boldly simple and cleverly sophisticated, dining at Capella Lodge is designed to bring out the best in superb island produce and fresh regional flavours.

Refined, relaxed dining is a signature of Baillie Lodges and the innovative Capella Lodge menu showcases a bounty of local seafood and locally grown island produce.

Complimentary from 6pm, the open bar includes a range of fine Australian wines along with top-shelf spirits and locally crafted beers. A premium gin bar featuring local, Lord Howe Island gin is also on offer each evening.

Gower’s Terrace is THE place to watch the sun sink over the South Pacific. The outdoor banquette and lounges offer the perfect vantage to meld ocean and horizon – with an appropriate drink in hand of course.
