Bullo’s philosophy of treating guests as part of 'our outback home' is reflected in the communal dining experience, where everyone shares a table each night, often joined by members of the Station team.

Nutritious, wholesome, flavoursome meals are created utilising Bullo beef, locally caught Barramundi and fresh produce from the Station’s kitchen garden, supplemented by Kununurra growers.

Bullo’s commitment to regional producers extends to its bar, featuring locally made gins and rums that use Top End botanicals from The Hoochery in Kununurra and Darwin Distilling.  These special spirits are used to make Bullo’s signature cocktails.
