Your recruitment background will service you well as your day will see you move from looking for chefs at Silky Oaks Lodge to Wranglers for Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge. Although this position is heavily focused on recruiting and this should be your passion you will also be involved in retention strategies, immigration management and development of our employee brand.
